🎯

We are running an exciting referral campaign where you can win a unique daily.dev limited edition lego set. All you need to do is invite five new users using your unique referral link to join our community. Each user can participate once, and getting more than five referrals doesn't boost your odds of winning. We are committed to a fair process and reserve the right to disqualify anyone suspected of system abuse or creating fake accounts. Winners will receive their prize free of charge to their chosen address. So, join the fun and share the love for daily.dev across your network!

Introduction

Hello Developers! We're running a unique giveaway campaign where you have a chance to win a daily.dev limited edition lego set (“Giveaway Campaign”).

Sounds cool, right? Let's make sure we keep things fun, fair and easy. Here's everything you need to know.

The Basics

To get started, all you need to do is to invite 5 new users using your unique referral link. A "qualified referral" means the new user joins daily.dev, installs the browser extension, and signs up using your unique referral link.

Every person can join the Giveaway Campaign just once. Please don’t use additional emails to enter multiple times.

The Guidelines

Let's respect our community. We trust you to participate ethically and honestly. This is a moment to bring joy to our community, so we're relying on you.

Creating multiple accounts for yourself, while technically feasible, isn't cool and is not a qualified referral. Doing so may lead to disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify users if we suspect system abuse or fake accounts. We might even use abuse detection software to maintain our giveaway's integrity. However, we won't be notifying users if they are disqualified.

And remember, while we love enthusiasm, getting more than 5 qualified referrals won't increase your chances to win. Let's give everyone a fair shot.

The Prize

Here's the fun part! Winners will receive a daily.dev limited edition lego set (note: not an official The Lego Group product, but a similar product made by an independent contractor). This will be shipped to your chosen address free of charge. We will strive to cover all taxes and customs. But bear in mind that in some countries, additional governmental payments may be required to receive the prize. If that's the case, those fees will be your responsibility.

Winners Selection

Winners will be chosen in an anonymous draw from all qualified users by June 30th, 2023. A "qualified user" is anyone who has not been disqualified and has collected 5 qualified referrals. Winners will be notified by email, although we reserve the right to switch up the announcement method if needed.

Liability

We aren't liable for any damage to the lego set, and winners should use it at their discretion. Additionally, the daily.dev limited edition lego set is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on our website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

Summary

That's it! We hope you find these terms and conditions straightforward. We're thrilled to see the love for daily.dev spread across the developer community. Now let's get sharing, and may the odds be ever in your favor! If you have any questions feel free to reach out at advocacy@daily.dev

Remember, participating in the giveaway means you agree to these terms and conditions. Enjoy the fun and best of luck!
